We collect data only for the purpose of providing car rental services.

Booking: first name, last name, email address, and phone number. This data is required to confirm your order through the RentSyst system.
Contract conclusion: driving licence details and ID card or passport data. We process this data based on legal requirements and the rental agreement.
Payments: information about transactions (via bank terminals or transfers). We do not store full bank card details.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve the service.

Technical cookies: to ensure the operation of the booking module.
Analytical cookies: to understand how many people visit the website (Google Analytics).
Personal settings: if you leave a comment or log in to your personal account, your data is stored in cookies for your convenience (storage period from 2 days to 1 year).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data only with:

government authorities (upon official request, for example, in case of a parking fine);
booking services (RentSyst) to manage your order;
cloud services and spam detection services to ensure website security.

5. How long we store data

Booking and contract data are stored for the period required by Estonian law (accounting and tax records — up to 7 years).
Website comments are stored indefinitely.
Technical data (IP address, cookies) are stored from a few days up to 1 year.

right of access — you can request a copy of your data;
right to rectification — you can request correction of inaccurate data;
right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — you can request deletion of your data, except where we are legally obliged to retain it;

We store copies of driving licences for the entire rental period and until the final settlement of possible fines or claims.

7. Where your data is transferred

Visitor data (for example, comments) may be checked by automated spam detection services. Booking information is stored on secure servers within the European Union.
