FAQ
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is a deposit and why is it required?
A deposit is a security amount that is blocked on your card for the rental period. It serves as a guarantee of vehicle safety and compliance with the rental agreement.
The deposit starts from 300 EUR (depending on the vehicle class) and can be reduced by purchasing additional insurance. When choosing the PROTECT package for at least 3 days, the deposit may be reduced to 0 EUR.
2. When is the deposit returned?
The deposit is released within 1–5 business days after the vehicle is returned, provided there are no claims regarding its condition and all contract terms are fulfilled.
3. What documents are required to sign a rental agreement?
You will need a valid driving licence, a passport or ID card, and a valid bank card for payment and deposit.
4. What information is required to book a car?
When booking through our website, you need to select the rental dates and pickup location, and provide your name, phone number, and email address.

Payment is made in advance for the entire rental period. We accept cash, bank transfers, and payment cards. Card payments can be made anywhere — our managers use mobile terminals.

All our prices include mandatory insurance. Your liability is limited to the deposit amount. No hidden fees.

Your liability is limited to the excess (deductible). You can reduce this amount to 190, 65, or even 0 EUR by choosing additional insurance when booking.
